Michael has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1986. He received his commercial accredited appraiser’s designation (AACI) in 1991. Michael is also a licensed Sales Representative with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and a member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board. In addition, Michael is a licensed Mortgage Broker and a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada.
Michael has practiced as a fee appraiser and mentored several candidates that have successfully been granted their designations.

Robin joined McLean, Simon & Associates in 2004 and became a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2005. She received her Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) from the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business in 2013 and obtained her commercial accredited appraiser’s designation (AACI) in 2018. Her work with McLean, Simon & Associates has given her the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, with a wide variety of clients. Robin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from McGill University.

Rebecca became a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2019 and joined McLean, Simon & Associates in 2020. Tristan received his Diploma of College Studies in 2018 and became a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2019. He joined McLean, Simon & Associates in 2024 and is currently studying with the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business and working towards his Canadian Residential Appraiser’s designation (CRA) with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
