Peter joined the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1990 and received his AACI in 2001. Peter has been involved with the Appraisal Institute from the start; as a candidate he served as secretary with the Peterborough Lindsay Chapter. He was elected as the Regional Director for the Ontario Association after serving as Chair for three terms. While serving on the Ontario Association Board, he was President for two years. He has continued to be involved with AIC as a member of the Board of Examiners and various other committees. Most recently Peter was elected as President Elect for the National AIC board.
Governance and community service has always been important to Peter. He was appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario to the Peterborough-Lakefield Police Services Board and served as chair for two years. Peter served as governor for Fleming College for six years, three of which were as chair.
Peter has practiced as a fee appraiser and mentored several candidates that have successfully been granted their designations.

Corrie joined McLean, Simon & Associates as a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in September 2012. Corrie worked continuously to complete the required courses of the AACI designation through the University of British Columbia’s Real Estate Division, and obtained his ACCI, P.App in 2020. His work with McLean, Simon & Associates has given him the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, with various clients. Corrie holds an Honours Bachelors degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from McMaster University.

Lauren has been working in the real estate industry since 2010. Lauren has worked in primarily Commercial and Agricultural Real Estate appraisals, as well as some residential. She also previously worked for the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation in property assessment. Lauren earned a Bachelors of Commerce majoring in Real Estate and Housing from the University of Guelph in 2013. Lauren received her AACI designation in April 2020. Lauren lives with her husband, daughter and two dogs on the shores of Lake Huron and enjoys being outdoors or on the water.

Josh received his AACI designation in June 2024. He has completed market value estimates of residential, multi-family, industrial, agricultural, office, special purpose properties and new developments. He also previously worked for the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation as a Property Inspector and has a finance background from his time at Scotiabank, along with his Bachelor of Business Administration from Laurentian University. Josh currently sits as the Chapter Chair for the Peterborough/Lindsay Chapter of the AIC – Ontario Association and volunteers with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program in Peterborough. Josh enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the cottage, and playing a variety of sports including golf and basketball.

In 2001 Ryan completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, and began working as an investment analyst. Shortly after, he recognized his interest in real estate and continued his education with an MBA in Real Property Development at the Schulich School of Business, York University. After volunteering for Habitat for Humanity’s Site Selection and Development Committee, he began appraising various forms of residential properties throughout Southern Ontario, including executive homes, rural properties, multi-family and new developments. He obtained the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) and Professional Appraiser (P.App.) designations in 2021 and primarily focuses on valuation of industrial, commercial, agricultural and special use properties, including portfolios, subdivisions and consulting studies. Ryan continues to improve his knowledge with courses in statistical analysis and believes in their use as a modern appraising technique.
